Upon review of (1) the September 15, 2011 order dismissing this appeal for lack of jurisdiction; (2) the September 15, 2011 order denying Plaintiff-Appellant Murauskas' motion for order to give him his legal product (Order Denying Motion for Legal Product); (3) Murauskas' October 3, 2011 motion to reconsider the September 15, 2011 dismissal order pursuant to Rule 40 of the Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP) (Dismissal Order); and (4) the record; it appears that we did not overlook or misapprehend any points of law or fact when we entered the aforesaid orders. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Murauskas' October 3, 2011 motion to reconsider Dismissal Order and Order Denying Motion for Legal Product is denied.
