Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from a judgment and order and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on February 14, 2014, and May 30, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Frank A. Aloi, Esq., dated February 16, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the third ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 30, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 20, 2015, and inserting in its place the date April 6, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order entered May 30, 2014, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before April 6, 2015, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
