Jose Carlos Arriaga MUNOZ, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas,

From the County Court At Law No 2, Guadalupe County, Texas Trial Court No. CCL-23-0157 Honorable Kirsten Legore, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice

Appellant Jose Carlos Arriaga Munoz has filed a notice of appeal stating his intent to appeal from the trial court's judgment. The clerk's record reflects that the trial court has determined appellant is not entitled to a free reporter's record on appeal. Stacey B. Sharron, the court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter's record in this appeal, has filed a notification of late record, stating that the reporter's record has not been filed because (1) appellant has failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the reporter's record; and (2) appellant has failed to file a designation of record. TEX. R. APP. P. 34.6(b); 35.3(b).

We ORDER Appellant Jose Carlos Arriaga Munoz to file written proof to this court on or before November 14, 2024 that (1) he has filed a designation of record with Stacey B. Sharron; and (2) he has paid the reporter's fee or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee. If appellant fails to respond within the time provided, appellant's brief will be due within thirty days from the date of this order, and the court will only consider those issues or points raised in appellant's brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
