On May 3, 2024, appellant's trial counsel filed a notice of appeal and a motion to withdraw as counsel. On June 27, 2024, the trial court granted the motion to withdraw. On August 16, 2024, a copy of appellant's notice of appeal was filed in this court. On August 26, 2024, the trial court denied appellant's financial affidavit because it did "not meet guidelines" but ordered the trial court clerk to file the clerk's record at no cost. On August 29, 2024, the trial court clerk filed a notification of late clerk's record. We ORDER the trial court clerk to file the clerk's record on or before October 28, 2024.
