MICHAEL THOMAS MUNOZ, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 437th Judicial District Court Bexar County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2021CR4054, 2021CR9362

ORDER

NANCY KENNEDY JUSTICE

The clerk's records in these appeals filed February 1, 2024, are incomplete because they do not include the jury charge. The Court is aware that a single charge was submitted to the jury for multiple offenses and that the charge is in the clerk's record filed in cause no. 05-24-00075-CR (trial court cause no. 2021CR5861). However, the clerk's record for each cause number should contain any jury charge and verdict for that cause number. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(a)(4). Accordingly, we ORDER Gloria Martinez, Bexar County District Clerk, to file by FEBRUARY 20, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record in each of these appeals containing the jury charge and verdict.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Gloria Martinez, Bexar County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
