On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F-1312204-I

ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On July 25, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the reporter's record had not been filed. We ADOPT the July 29, 2016 findings that: (1) appellant desires to pursue the appeal; (2) appellant is indigent and represented by counsel Robert T. Baskett; (3) court reporter Debi Harris's explanation for the delay in filing the reporter's record is due to her workload; and (4) Ms. Harris anticipated filing the record within thirty days. We ORDER court reporter Debi Harris to file the reporter's record in this appeal no later than August 29, 2016.
