Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Munoz v. Norfolk Southern Railway Company, case No. 1-17-1009 (06/05/18). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of the United States Supreme Court's opinion in BNSF Railway Co. v. Loos, 586 U.S. ___ (2019), on the issue of whether a FELA lost-wages award is compensation subject to withholding taxes, and determine if a different result is warranted.

Neville, J. took no part.
