By two separate notices of appeal, appellant Jesus Israel Muniz and appellants Marco A. Delgado, Miguel A. Salinas, Maria Rosa Salinas, Margarito Salinas, Meliton Lopez, Norberto Lopez, Hilaria Salinas, Brady Salinas, Maria Elva S. Delgado, Maria Matilde S. Guerrero, Luis Humberto Delgado, Aurelia S. Sendejo, Lydia Robbins, Olivia Salinas Perez, Estate of Francisca Vasquez, Estate of Eduardo Saenz, Estate of Librada Salinas and Eduardo Saenz Children's Rev. Trust, sought to appeal a judgment entered by the 93rd District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, in cause number C-2647-05-B. This cause is presently before the Court because appellant, Jesus Israel Muniz, timely filed a notice of appeal, but no further action was taken by Jesus Israel Muniz.
Because the appellate record has been filed and the briefing schedule has begun, the appeal with respect to Jesus Israel Muniz is hereby SEVERED from the remainder of the appeal and placed into appellate cause number 13-16-00057-CV styled Jesus Israel Muniz v. Juan Lino Garza Sr., et al.
The appeal with respect to the remaining appellants will remain under cause number 13-15-00344-CV, will be styled Marco A. Delgado, et al. v. Juan Lino Garza Sr., et al., and will proceed in due course.
