Accordingly, JUDGMENT is entered in favor of Defendants Clifford Jeudy, Nathaniel Davis, Larry Burnett, Mark Broady, City of Philadelphia, Blanche Carney, Michelle Farrell, and Philadelphia Industrial Correction Center, and against Plaintiff.
