MARIO MUNGUIA-ZARATE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F13-23773-I & F13-23774-I

ORDER

The reporter's record was due April 23, 2017. When it was not timely filed, we notified court reporter Velma Lopez that the record was overdue and directed her to file it within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Lopez.

We ORDER court reporter Velma Lopez to file the complete reporter's record in this appeal WITHIN TEN DAYS of the date of this order. We caution Ms. Lopez that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever remedies it has available, including ordering that she not sit until the complete reporter's record in this appeal is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Judge Nancy Kennedy, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 2; to Velma Lopez, court reporter of the 195th Judicial District Court; Mary Snider, court reporter of the Criminal District Court No. 2; and to counsel for all parties.
