Cross appeals by plaintiff and by defendants Norment, Sheldon and Montgomery from portions of a judgment determining all issues arising from the filing of an account on behalf of a partnership, of which the parties were members, and plaintiff's objections thereto. Judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
