ORDER
On December 4, 2019, the trial court signed a final judgment. Appellant The Most Reverend Wm. Michael Mulvey, S.T.L., D.D. Bishop of Corpus Christi, a Corporate Sole and his Successors in Office timely filed a notice of appeal, and Bay, Ltd. timely filed a notice of cross appeal. The appellate record was complete on May 7, 2020.
On May 20, 2020, the parties filed a joint motion to adopt their proposed briefing schedule. The motion is GRANTED according to the schedule given below.
We ORDER the parties to file their briefs according to the following schedule:

If Cross-Appellant chooses to file a reply brief, we ORDER Cross-Appellant to notify this court in writing not later than September 18, 2020, of its intent to do so. See id. R. 38.3, 38.6(d).
