ORDER OVERRULING DEFENDANT'S OBJECTIONS TO THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S ORDER

Pending before the Court is plaintiff Multitechnology Services, L.P.'s Objections to Magistrate Judge Bleil's Order on Defendant's Motion for Protective Order, filed June 8, 2004. Having carefully considered the objections, response and reply, and Magistrate Judge Bleil's Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in Support of Order Issued on June 8, 2004, the Court finds that the objections should be OVERRULED because the Magistrate Judge's June 8, 2004, order is not clearly erroneous or contrary to law. See FED. R. CIV. P. 72(a).

Therefore, it is ORDERED that the plaintiff's Objections to Magistrate Judge Bleil's Order on Defendant's Motion for Protective Order [doc. # 135-1] are OVERRULED.
