Mulholland v. State

Supreme Court of Florida
Jun 4, 2009
12 So. 3d 220 (Fla. 2009)

Opinion

No. SC09-154.

June 4, 2009.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 4D08-4329.

Because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to reinstatement of the petition for writ of mandamus in Mulholland v. State, No. 4D08-4329, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000).

PARIENTE, LEWIS, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
