ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On March 16, 2022, attorney Sanford J. Boxerman improperly filed in paper form an entry of appearance for petitioner. In general, entries of appearance must be filed electronically. However, as Mr. Boxerman signed the petition that was filed to commence this case, a separate entry of appearance is not necessary. See Rule 24(a) (1), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced entry of appearance is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
