This case for the redetermination of a deficiency was recalled from the calendar for trial in Detroit, Michigan, on September 23, 2024. Counsel for the parties appeared and announced that they have agreed upon a basis of settlement.
That being so, it is
OREDERED that petitioners' (1) motion for leave, filed September 20, 2024, is moot. It is further OREDERED that this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further ORDERED that the parties submit a proposed stipulated decision not later than November 29, 2024.
