MEMORANDUM OPINION

Dylan Dale Mueller, Appellant, has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, Appellant states that the trial court has entered a second nunc pro tunc order to correct the judgment of conviction and that, as a result, Appellant has been credited with the proper amount of back time and "has no reason to further pursue this appeal." Appellant requests that we dismiss this appeal. The motion is signed by both Appellant and his counsel in accordance with TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2.

The motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
