ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the May 30, 2023, Washington, District of Columbia, Trial Session of the Court.

On April 11, 2022, Mr. Mueller filed a petition disputing the Notice of Deficiency issued for taxable year 2019 (year in issue). In the petition, Mr. Mueller disputes the Commissioner's disallowance of certain business expenses reported on Schedule C attached to his Form 1040 return for the year in issue.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 24, 2023, the parties shall file written reports (jointly or separately): (1) identifying the specific issues remaining in dispute, (2) discussing whether the parties have met and conferred, either in person or by telephone, to discuss the issues remaining in dispute; (3) describing the efforts that the parties have undertaken or plan to undertake to settle this matter, and (4) informing the Court whether any party plans to file any pretrial motion(s) and, if so, the nature of such motion(s).
