This case was stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session and remanded to respondent's Appeals Office. On July 3, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the "parties agreed to enter an installment agreement as collection alternative" and attaching thereto a Supplemental Notice of Determination. Upon due consideration and for cause it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 16, 2024, the parties shall show cause, in writing, why this case should not be dismissed as moot.
