This case was stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session and remanded to respondent's Appeals Office. On July 3, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the "parties agreed to enter an installment agreement as collection alternative" and attaching thereto a Supplemental Notice of Determination.
