Appeal, No. 157, March T., 1966, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1962, No. 266, in case of Vincent Mucha and Florence Mucha, his wife v. Calvin Hepler and Charles Welch. Order affirmed; reargument refused December 15, 1967.

Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before KEIM, J.

Verdict for wife plaintiff in amount of $8,500 and for husband plaintiff in amount of $21,500; defendants' motion for judgment non obstante veredicto denied and motion for new trial granted. Plaintiffs appealed.

Charles E. Marker, with him Scales and Shaw, for appellants.

Avra N. Pershing, Jr., with him Dom A. Meffe and Thomas K. Henderson, for appellees.


The Court being evenly divided, the order of the lower court is affirmed.

Mr. Justice MUSMANNO took no part in the consideration or decision of this case.
