BRADLEY JAMES MUCH, Plaintiff, v. DR. DEAN ROY LARSON, Defendant.

ORDER DISMISSING CASE WITHOUT PREJUDICE

STANLEY BLUMENFELD, JR., UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

Plaintiff Bradley James Much filed a complaint on December 4, 2023. Dkt. No. 1. On the same day, Plaintiff filed a request to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). Dkt. No. 3. On December 8, the Court denied the IFP request and instructed Plaintiff to pay the filing fee within 30 days.Dkt. No. 8. The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the case without prejudice. The deadline passed on January 7, 2024, and Plaintiff failed to pay the filing fee. The Court therefore dismisses this case in its entirety without prejudice.

All of the Court's orders in this case have been mailed to the address provided by Plaintiff in his filings and have been returned to the Court as undeliverable. See Dkt. Nos. 10-15. Pro se plaintiffs are required to maintain and update their contact information with the Court. L.R. 5-4.8.1; 83-2.4. When mail is returned undeliverable, a pro se plaintiff's failure to file a change of address form within 14 days of service provides a separate ground for dismissal (with or without prejudice). L.R. 41-6.
