1. On page 3 [215 Cal.App.4th 1391, advance report, 1st par., lines 13-16], the last sentence of the first full paragraph reads:
“The eight-count indictment included alleged violations of title 18 United States Code sections 18 (conspiracy), 1001 (making false statements), and 1519 (destruction, alteration, or falsification of evidence in federal investigations).”
It should read: “The eight-count indictment included alleged violations of title 18 United States Code sections 371 (conspiracy), 1001 (making false statements), and 1519 (destruction, alteration, or falsification of evidence in federal investigations).”
The foregoing does not change the judgment.
