Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 30, 2016, in effect, for leave to reargue its prior motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 27, 2017.
