In Re: The State of Louisiana, the Louisiana National Guard, and in its capacity as the Youth Challenge Program, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of Iberville, No. 067819. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. Genuine issues of material fact remain. Accordingly, the writ is granted. The trial court's June 11, 2014 judgment is vacated and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
