ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellant filed a motion requesting immediate temporary relief in the above-referenced cause number. Appellant requests that the Court stay the trial court's order and any arbitration proceeding thereunder (including American Arbitration Association Case Number 01-23-0003-0409) pending final disposition of this appeal.
The Court, having examined and fully considered the motion for immediate temporary relief, is of the opinion that it should be granted. Accordingly, we grant appellant's motion for immediate temporary relief, and we order the underlying proceedings to be stayed.
