MPEG LA, LLC, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Defendant-Appellant.
Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 28, 2016 and May 4, 2017, respectively, And defendant-appellant having moved, by duplicate motions, for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, and for an enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motionsw, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of permitting appellant to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellant's points covering the consolidated appeals. The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11. The time to perfect the consolidated appeals is enlarged to the March 2018 Term.
