Robert Moynihan, pro se, Petitioner.

Ashley Moody, Attorney General, and Jennifer J. Moore, Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee; Lance Eric Neff, General Counsel, and David M. Mabry, Senior Attorney, Department of Corrections, Tallahassee, for Respondent.

Per Curiam. DISMISSED. See Baker v. State , 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004) (explaining that habeas relief is not properly invoked to address issues that should be determined in direct appeal or postconviction proceedings, and such petitions should be dismissed as unauthorized). Additionally, all pending motions are denied and Appellant's amended initial brief is stricken.

B.L. Thomas, Kelsey, and Jay, JJ., concur.
