The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 140 Conn.App. 393, 59 A.3d 293, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant was not denied his right to a fair trial based upon several instances of claimed prosecutorial impropriety?”

ESPINOSA, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
