Skip MOYER, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Deborah MOYER, Appellee/Respondent(s).
On April 11, 2014, this court ordered the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In his April 21, 2014, response, the appellant argued that he was attempting to appeal the order for contempt entered by the trial court. The notice of appeal is untimely as to that order and the notice of appeal clearly indicates that the appellant was seeking to appeal the order granting the writ of bodily attachment. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
