This case was called from the calendar of the Court's April 15, 2024 trial session in Cleveland, Ohio. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and represented to the Court that the parties had reached a basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 15, 2024, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a status report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
