ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 6, 2021, for cases in which Las Vegas, Nevada, is the place of trial. On November 9, 2021, the parties filed a status report, indicating that all issues in this case are resolved.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's December 6, 2021, Las Vegas, Nevada, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 18, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
