Valencia, Esq., hereby inform the court that the parties have settled this case, and as such hereby stipulate that this action shall be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) as to all claims and against all parties, with each party to bear its own attorney's fees and costs incurred.
