In an action to remove a cloud upon plaintiff's title to certain real property or, in the alternative, for a money judgment, order granting in part and denying in part plaintiff's motion to strike out the affirmative defenses, and denying defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, without costs, with leave to defendant to serve an amended answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
