DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals taken by New York State Education Department, Board of Regents of the State of New York, John B. King Jr., Regents of the University of the State of New York, Office of the State Comptroller and Thomas P. DiNapoli (hereinafter the State appellants).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the record on appeal and brief of the State appellants shall be filed and served on or before March 22, 2013. The time to file and serve the brief of Mount Vernon City School District and Mount Vernon Board of Education, which shall also contain the points of argument on their appeal, is extended to April 22, 2013. The brief of Amani Public Charter School, as a respondent, shall be filed and served on or before April 22, 2013. The reply brief of the State appellants shall be filed and served on or before May 7, 2013. The reply brief of Mount Vernon City School District and Mount Vernon Board of Education shall be filed and served on or before May 22, 2013.
