This case is on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. On August 26, 2022, respondent notified the Court that petitioner had filed a petition with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia on September 19, 2021, after the petition in this case was filed. It is therefore

ORDERED that under 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings as to petitioner are automatically stayed. It is also

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. It is also

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, respondent shall file, a report as to the status of the bankruptcy proceeding on or before March 1, 2023.
