ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


This action was removed to this Court on May 21, 1999. The Plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint on July 23, 1999. No Answer has been filed to date. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, plaintiff has neither recently contacted our chambers nor moved for default judgment.

Accordingly, Plaintiffs are hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.

If Plaintiffs fail to file on or before December 2, 2002, an affidavit demonstrating good cause for their failure to prosecute this action, the action will be dismissed.

SO ORDERED.
