By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered October 12, 2021, the Court granted respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and dismissed this case for lack of jurisdiction. Subsequently, a response from petitioner was processed and filed in the record as of September 29, 2021.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered October 12, 2021, is vacated and set aside.
