This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on the parties' joint motion for continuance, filed June 15, 2023, and heard on June 20, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar for trial in Chicago, Illinois. The parties appeared and was heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's Chicago, Illinois, trial session scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2023, at the Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Room 3908, 39th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to serve on the parties (1) a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order for the September 25, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session and (2) a clinic letter for Chicago, Illinois.
