Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of certain motor vehicle lease agreements, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Harold M. Mulvey, state trial referee; judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed and the plaintiff cross appealed to this court. Affirmed.
