Moton v. Oakwood Health Care, Inc.

Supreme Court of Michigan
Nov 29, 1999
605 N.W.2d 316 (Mich. 1999)

Opinion

No. 114723 (23).

November 29, 1999.

On order of the Court, the motion for amendment as to grounds for appeal is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the May 6, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is also considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should now be reviewed by this Court. The denial is without prejudice to the plaintiffs' renewal of their motion to produce in light of Dorris v Detroit Osteopathic Hospital, 460 Mich. 26, 48-49 (1999).

Court of Appeals No. 218809.
