Opinion

No. 05-10-00278-CV

Opinion Filed May 3, 2010.

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-10-00057-B.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FRANCIS, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letter dated April 8, 2010, the Court notified appellant that the trial court had sustained the contest to appellant's affidavit of indigence, and she was not entitled to proceed without payment of costs for the appeal. We directed appellant to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3. To date, appellant has neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
