This civil action comes before the court on Defendants' Motion for a Two-Week Extension of Time to File a Reply in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (ECF No. 102) (or “Motion for Extension of Time”) [#128, filed August 10, 2021], which has been referred to this Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b), the Order Referring Case dated June 10, 2020 [#12], and the Memorandum dated August 10, 2021 [#129].
IT IS ORDERED that:
