Where after attorneys, appointed by court to defend an alleged indigent prisoner who was charged with a serious felony, had performed much work, prisoner and his wife employed another, paying him a cash fee, the court's appointees could not compel the other to share his fee with them.
Proceeding by Dulin Moss and another against Arley Proffitt and another on a motion to require the sharing of an attorney's fee. The motion was denied, and Dulin Moss and another file motion for an appeal.

Motion for an appeal from the Franklin Circuit Court. Appellants, attorneys, were appointed by the court to defend an alleged indigent prisoner, who was charged with a serious felony. After appellants had performed much work, the prisoner and his wife employed the appellee, paying him a cash fee of $500. The appellants, by motion, sought to require the appellee to share his fee with them. Their motion was denied.
Appeal denied; Judgment affirmed.
