ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Will Mosley (Movant) appeals from the judgment of the motion court denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing. He was convicted of two counts of second-degree burglary and three counts of receiving stolen property, and sentenced to a total of 35 years in prison.

All rule references are to the Missouri Supreme Court Rules (2020), unless otherwise indicated.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
