This case was called for trial at 11:00 a.m. at the Trial Session of the Court at Winston-Salem, North Carolina on April 17, 2023. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard, including counsel for respondent orally moving for a document subpoena hearing. ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further ORDERED that respondent's oral Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is granted. It is further
ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at the Court's June 21, 2023, Washington, D.C., Special Trial Session (to be conducted remotely) at a date and time certain on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable.
