Appeal by defendant husband, in an action in which plaintiff wife obtained a judgment of separation, from an order (a) granting plaintiff's motion for a modification of the judgment by increasing the alimony from fifteen dollars to twenty-five dollars a week and allowing a counsel fee of fifty dollars, and (b) denying defendant's motion to confirm the report of an official referee. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
