Motion by appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion to be restored to possession of the subject apartment pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated January 29, 2013, which prior motion was determined by decision and order of this court dated February 26, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
