PRESENT:

Respondent having moved to seal the entire record and all briefs on the appeals taken herein from orders of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on March 25, 2015, May 11, 2015, and May 5, 2016, and having also moved to seal the recorded broadcast of the oral argument which took place in this Court on January 18, 2017, and for sanctions and costs,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jeremy C. Toth, Esq., dated May 1, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of John T. Loss, Esq., sworn to May 12, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to seal the entire record and all briefs is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
