ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents 5 Towns Realty Corp., ISJ Mgmt Corp., and Rockaway Associates, LP, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 9, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents 5 Towns Realty Corp., ISJ Mgmt Corp., and Rockaway Associates, LP, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 19, 2012, and the brief of the respondents 5 Towns Realty Corp., ISJ Mgmt Corp., and Rockaway Associates, LP, must be served and filed on or before that date.
