ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's February 1, 2018 motion to extend time to file reply brief, motion to exceed the word limit for a reply brief, and motion to extend time for oral argument. We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent we ORDER appellant's reply brief, which may exceed the word limit set out in rule 9.4 but not exceed 10,000 words, due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order. We DENY appellant's motion in all other respects.
